Linoleum in the kitchen is peeling up. French doors in the kitchen. Not new cabinets in the kitchen just painted cabinets. Wrong size hole for the stove in the kitchen. Newer windows. Great Mountain views from the back kitchen window. Good layout. 3 bedrooms are good-sized. Gigantic mechanic’s garage.

Large master bedroom. Three bedrooms on the second floor. Two vanities outside a separately enclosed water closet with shower. Popcorn ceilings. Natural woodwork around the doors and for the baseboards and for the railing up and for the front door. Awesome balcony off of the master bedroom. Fireplace in the living room. Half bathroom on the main floor. Dining room. Corian countertops in the kitchen butt white appliances period cabinets appear to be in good shape. Fluorescent light in the kitchen. Unfinished basement. Back patio between garage and home. Would need to remove white carpet at least from the dining room. Juniper bushes in back porch area take away from usable space for pets.

Carport with enclosed patio that has a trex like deck. Laminate floors on them kitchen and main floor living area. Kitchen has stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Decent tile backsplash in the kitchen. Vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room. Upper level has 2 large bedrooms with good closet space overlooking the pool in tennis courts. Upper-level bathroom has nice finishes with an updated vanity in tile floors. Newer Windows throughout. Lower level has a separate living room and a third bedroom with a three fourths bathroom. Even though it’s an end unit there are no windows on the side without a neighbor. There was no storage. Neighborhood felt claustrophobic and uniform and Bland.
