The drop in the number of sales was larger than last year and days on market along with overall inventory seem to be creeping up. Anecdotally I am seeing less buyer demand over the last few months than there was for about the last year and half going into Spring 2017.

This is a significant decrease in homes available for sale from the prior year, and although the decrease in homes available for sale follows seasonal trends, the low inventory is exceptionally low.

Master bedroom has nice dark cabinets with a double vanity and a large walk-in closet. Spare bathroom has the same nice dark cabinets but linoleum floors while the master bathroom has tile floors. Looks like there’s a couple bleach spots on the carpet by the upstairs stairs. Cute backyard deck with small gardening area. Lower level living area has a full egress window. Laundry in the lower level. Potentially could be using lower level as a bedroom because it has a door and a closet.

Nice mud room off the back porch. Main floor bedroom is decent size. Really nice back deck. Mountain views from the back deck. Basement is very functional needs to finish updating.

Spare bathroom probably needs a new vanity or counter tops. 3 negatives are the high HOA lack of storage and no garage but there is a two parking place carport and parking for visitors is a bit far.

Upper level bathroom is nicely finished. One bedroom is fairly small while the other bedroom is decent-sized on the upper level. Ceiling fan over the living room. Only access to the backyard is through the lower level. Nicely redone lower level with a nicely refinished bathroom on the lower level. Drainage concerns.

To determine America’s best cities to live in, 24/7 Wall St. reviewed data on the 550 U.S. cities with populations of 65,000 or more as measured by the U.S. Census Bureau. Based on a range of variables, including crime rates, employment growth, access to restaurants and attractions, educational attainment, and housing affordability, 24/7 Wall St. identified America’s 50 Best Cities to Live.
